Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies Recipe

    • 1 cup peanut butter
    • 1 cup sugar
    • Eggland’s Best Egg
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 24 milk chocolate kisses

    Directions to make Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies Recipe

    1. In a large bowl, cream peanut butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beat until blended.
    2. Roll into 1-1/4-in. balls. Place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until tops are slightly cracked.
    3. Immediately press one chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. Yield: 2 dozen.
